BURBANK, December 6, 2007 -- Jason Dolley ("Cory in the House") and Steven R. McQueen, grandson of screen legend Steve McQueen, star in the action-packed Disney Channel Original Movie "Minutemen," a story about three high school outcasts who shake their school's social structure by inventing a machine that allows them to go back in time and prevent other misfits from enduring humiliating situations.
This comedic sci-fi/adventure will premiere FRIDAY, JANUARY 25 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.
Corbin Bleu ("High School Musical 2") performs the "Minutemen" song entitled "Run It Back Again." The world music video premiere airs FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14 (7:55 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

In the movie, unpopular senior Virgil Fox (Dolley) has spent his high school years at Summerton High labeled as a dork while his childhood friends, Derek and Stephanie, have joined the "in" crowd. When Virgil befriends fellow student Charlie, a prodigy who has invented an incredible time machine, he thinks he can finally change his life for the better. They recruit the school menace, Zeke, and together they conjure up a plan to help themselves and other outsiders from making critical mistakes that can define their high school reputation and cause them to be passed over by the popular crowd. To ensure their anonymity, the teens call themselves the Minutemen.
Soon they learn there are unexpected consequences of changing the course of time. Government officials suspect them of hacking into top secret files, and their plans go further awry when covert agents arrive in hot pursuit of their time machine.
Starring are Jason Dolley ("Cory in the House") as Virgil Fox, Luke Benward ("How to Eat Fried Worms") as Charlie Tuttle, Nicholas Braun ("Shark") as Zeke Thompson, Chelsea Staub ("Bratz" and Disney Channel's upcoming "J.O.N.A.S.") as Stephanie Jameson and Steven R. McQueen ("Everwood") as Derek Beaugard.
"Minutemen" was written by John Killoran with a story by the team of David Diamond ("Family Man") and David Weissman ("Family Man"). Emmy-winning Don Schain ("High School Musical," "High School Musical 2") is the producer. Lev L. Spiro ("Ugly Betty," "Everybody Hates Chris") is the director. Andrew Gunn ("Freaky Friday"), Ann Marie Sanderlin ("Sky High") and Doug Sloan ("Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board") are the executive producers. "Minutemen" is a production of Salty Pictures, Inc.
