May 26, 2009 -- Salt Lake City - Utah Lt. Governor Gary Herbert will launch a new energy efficiency partnership campaign on May 27, 2009. The new annual state employee campaign will challenge state employees and leadership to partner together to find ways to communicate, educate and motivate employees to find ways to save energy in the workplace.

"The initiative will focus on conservation awareness activities and energy consumption behaviors at work."

Highlighted at this meeting will be new E-Teams Captains from each State agency who will work with their respective departments to champion energy savings campaigns.
