12/10/09 -- WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Martin Heinrich voted today to fix problems with financial regulations that led to widespread and unprecedented taxpayer-funded bailouts. H.R. 4173, the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2009, includes a comprehensive set of measures that will modernize America’s financial regulations and hold Wall Street accountable.
