May 2008 -- ABC Studios ushers in another record season with 16 returning series, maintaining its stronghold as the No. 1 studio in returning broadcast series (14, tied with Paramount). ABC Studios productions, including five new series, are scheduled on six networks and in first-run syndication.

ABC's "The View" Returns to Las Vegas to Broadcast Outside Caesars Palace, June 23-27

Monday, May 19, 2008 -- ABC Daytime's "The View" returns to Las Vegas, NV to broadcast from legendary casino resort Caesars Palace, JUNE 23-27. The broadcast, sponsored by Walgreens, was announced today by Brian Frons, president, Daytime, Disney-ABC Television Group. This is the first time "The View" will broadcast in HDTV while on location. "The View" had previously broadcast from Caesars Palace in February 2006 and February 2004.
